“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me.  You know when I sit and when I rise: you perceive my thoughts from afar.  You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways.  Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely.  You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me.  Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain.” Psalm 139:1-6

I love this verse.  I am quickly reminded when I had my first child. She was a beautiful precious little girl at 5lb. 11oz. with a wrinkled bald head, pointed little nose, puckered tiny lips and the smallest hands and feet I had ever seen.  She is now 25 years old and I can still remember every detail of when I first saw her.

I can only imagine that is how God is with us… Knowing every detail about our lives… Knowing every thought, action and word before they are even uttered.  How wonderful is that! God knows you and loves you! You are unique and one of a kind!

Father God, You have created me and you know me. May my every thought, word and action be glorifying to you! In Jesus Name.. Amen!
