Like no time more than ever, I believe, we must keep looking to Heaven. Keep on keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus. The world is moving at a rapid pace, the streets are bustling, our minds never stop. If we aren’t intentional we will get focused on everything going on around us.
Distraction is at every corner and turn.
We’ve got to be reminded of our mission. Share the love of Christ with others. Tell them about Jesus! Go and make disciples!
You can’t lead someone somewhere you’ve never been. Have you experienced the true love, the life changing love of Christ? If not, receive it today!
If you have, then you can’t keep it to yourself, you want others to experience this same love.
Keep reminding yourself of heaven. Never forget what Jesus did, the sacrifice made for your life. When we keep our minds on that, we’ve got to tell as many as possible. God truly loved us so much. People need to hear that. Let heaven fill your thoughts. Heaven is our reality! This is not our home, hallelujah!
Our worldly self dies when we accept Christ died for us! My bible explained it like this, “For you died” means that we should have as little desire for this world as a dead person would have.
I’m praying, “Lord, let heaven flood every thought and desire I have.”
What is God saying to you? Do you need to slow down? What distractions do you need to get out of the way? What thoughts need to be taken captive to the Word?
Y’all, we gotta get this right because there’s a whole world perishing and we’ve got to remind them, Jesus died for them and JESUS LOVES THEM!
